Today, I am bringing you a conversation with a young woman who is practicing homemaking in South Africa, literally on the other side of the world from her native Indiana, USA.
After meeting her now husband online in 2020 and developing a relationship long-distance for several years, Jayms left everything she knew in America to be nearer to David in his homeland.
She tells about her experience living in a special home for single women for a couple of years and her recent entrance into married life. She loves sharing how homemaking is different in South Africa and why that is not a bad thing, but rather an opportunity to grow in hospitality and Christ-like servanthood.
